Are you still, after years of dressage, unclear about how to easily and directly access the FEI level movements?

Do you strive for excellence, but find the pursuit of perfection brings unwanted tension and frustratingly blocks performance?

Are you searching for a way to be the best rider you can be while also looking after your horse’s well-being?

Are you seeking to enhance the upper levels of your dressage yet want there to be flow, joy for both rider and equine together?

Is there really a key to excellence in the movements, combined with lightness, softness, and emotional wellbeing?

Here, at last, is The Key.

We'll Explore

  • how to manage and create your own neuroplasticity

  • how to train horses as an art form

  • the secret mysteries of piaffe, passage and the high airs

  • how to address burnout and rejuvenate your nervous system.

  • heart-centered attunement

You will leave

  • rested

  • inspired

  • with tangible tools you can apply immediately with your own horse no matter your discipline

  • as well as with a user manual to your heart, brain and nervous system.

You'll laugh, learn, bask in community,  rewild your senses, and go home knowing how to harness your passion for horse and human wellbeing to something that can heal you, those you love and the wider world.

Kansas Carradine

International performer, educator, and equestrian artist, Kansas Carradine has been captivating knowledgeable and discerning audiences since childhood. With over two decades as a principal performer with Cavalia—arguably the most successful and visually spectacular equestrian show of the 21st century—she brings rare insight into the demands of high-level performance.

Her work focuses on the integration of heart, mind, and body to achieve not only technical excellence, but a level of emotional resonance that touches both judge and audience alike. Through her distinctive approach—drawing from HeartMath, mounted meditation, and exercises designed to cultivate balance and fluidity in the saddle—Kansas offers riders the tools to find coherence, presence, and poetic expression in motion.
