Step into a supportive group designed to help you live from the heart! Monthly on the 4th Sunday. In these monthly group meetings, we create an intentional, sacred space to explore heart-based living together upon the foundations of TRUST, COMPASSION, and GRATITUDE. As a Tribe, we can dance together to create empathy, harmony, acceptance, and wisdom with every challenge we might face. Today's world indeed requires more skill to nagivate deftly through sudden changes and life transitions. Each session offers opportunities to practice simple HeartMath® techniques, identify core values as well as obstacles to progress, and receive individual coaching for your personal growth journey. Whether you're new to this self-awareness path or deepening your intuitive practice, these calls nurture your emotional balance and connection to your Self. If you're feeling stuck, we work it out with cooperation and care. If you are a seasoned facilitator, bring your questions. Everyone will benefit from feedback to strengthen communication and relationship skills.
