Reconnect & Reset
Feeling scattered or off course? Reconnect with the voice of your heart and reset your direction.
Service Description
Life has a way of pulling us in many directions. When stress builds or things feel out of balance, it can be easy to lose touch with what helps us feel grounded, connected, and clear. Reconnect & Reset is a private 30-minute session with Kansas, offered exclusively to past Circus Cowgirl course participants. It is designed to support you as you return to your HeartMath® practice, find greater coherence, and create space for whatever is asking for your attention right now. Come with a question, a challenge, or simply a desire for a little more clarity. This is your time to pause, listen inward, and draw on the tools that can help you find your next step. Available by Zoom or phone.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. Providing advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain smooth operations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
